Roberto Castillo Ottati graduated from Law School on October, 2012, at Universidad Católica Santiago de Guayaquil, with major studies in Public Law.
His career began in private consulting, at Moeller, Gómez Lince & Cía. Ltda., one of the most prominent Firms in the city. After being enrolled in corporate business, working for prestigious companies in agro-industrial, manufacturing and machinery retail, in country and abroad, he now offers consulting services focused on added value solutions, in Noboa Bejarano Estudio Jurídico.
Due diligence reports, public licencing for business, M&As and other company operations, estate planning and commercial contracts are amongst the legal products regularly kept track of, in reports tailored for business executives.
In matters of corporate governance, Roberto writes structures that favor gradual implementation. The drive is to work towards Just in Time flux of business decisions within corporate bodies; in doing so contributing to liability protection for businesspersons, as well as to uphold stakeholder and shareholder interests.
