Dr. Ricardo Noboa Bejarano

Founder of this law firm, Dr. Ricardo Noboa Bejarano dedicates his professional practice to enterprise consultancy in their most important national and international businesses, to the defense of clients in judicial and extrajudicial conflicts, and to university lecturing. A lawyer since 1977 and Juris Doctor since 1982, Ricardo Noboa Bejarano has served his country by occupying notable public positions/civil services, among which the following stand out: Constituent Deputy to the National Assembly; Deputy to the Honorable/H. National Congress; Industries, Trade, Integration and Fishing Minister/Secretary; President of the National Council for State Modernization (CONAM); Councilman/Town Councillor of Guayaquil; and Undersecretary of Fishing Resources. Besides, he carries out as Arbitrator of the Center of Mediation of the Chamber of Commerce of Guayaquil.

Doctor Noboa Bejarano has also been a columnist of prestigious national and international newspapers –currently of Hoy newspaper in Quito– and feature writer of several legal magazines. Additionally, he has published two books: “En Busca de una Esperanza”, about the Constituent Assembly of 1997 and the Constitution of 1998, and “El País del No”, about Ecuador’s modernization process.
For nearly 35 years Doctor Noboa Bejarano was dedicated to university lecturing as professor at the Universidad Católica de Guayaquil Law Faculty, where he taught Civil Law – Contracts.
